The MHRA said they would be available to the public at a time when pharmaceutical companies had not responded to the requests.
The medicines are approved by the MHRA and can only be obtained through a prescription.
A spokesperson for Pfizer, which makes Viagra, said: "Our decision to sell Pfizer Viagra (sildenafil) on the NHS was based on an assessment of the safety and effectiveness of the medication and our own experience in the past and assessment of the patient.
